Our Kombucha is fermented in the traditional way: organic Green Tea + organic Demerara Sugar with a Scoby and brewed for 7 days. No modified yeasts, acid concentrate or sweeteners. This means it contains a bit of alcohol 0.5-1.2% ABV. The original Kombucha is second fermented with fresh Ginger and fresh Turmeric for 3-5 days, bottled and refrigerated to develop fizz.
