Less Wasted makes fermented soft drinks for people who want something better to drink, without overthinking it. Not overloaded with sugar, not full of artificial sweeteners, and definitely not trying to copy alcohol.

Instead of mixing ingredients together at the end, we start at the beginning. Our drinks are brewed and slowly fermented, which means the sugar is mostly transformed into flavour, natural bubbles and all the complexity that makes a drink actually interesting.

We work with organic ingredients, source locally where we can, and often use things that would normally be thrown away, like fruit peels, and turn them into something genuinely good. The result is a drink that feels fresh, a bit different, and easy to come back to.
